Job summary

China Three Gorges Europe S.A. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the Supply Chain Department in Asturias, Spain. You will manage end-to-end procurement, onboarding suppliers, run RFPs, draft and negotiate contracts, and maintain records in ARIBA and SharePoint.

The ideal candidate has an engineering or relevant degree, 5–8 years of experience in RFPs, contract management, and supplier performance. Advanced English and Spanish, proficiency with SAP and Office 365 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in RFP management, contract drafting and negotiations, and supplier management.
• Engineering or relevant discipline; equivalent work experience allowed.
• English & Spanish advanced proficiency (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes from requests to contract award and project closure.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, ARIBA registration, due diligence, and supplier scoring.
• Draft and negotiate contracts; maintain procurement records in ARIBA and SharePoint.
• Prepare regular procurement reports for headquarters and monitor project progress.
