Job summary

China Three Gorges (Europe) S.A. is seeking an O&M Site Supervisor to support wind farms in the Cádiz region. The role focuses on managing asset and maintenance activities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with EPC and O&M contractors on site.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, 3–7 years in wind/O&M, and English B2-C1 with Spanish C1-C2, and is prepared to be based near the project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3-7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced to intermediate English language proficiency (B2-C1), Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2).

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Asset Management Support: Manage a portfolio of wind farms ensuring O&M works align with contract scope.
• Health & Safety Measures: Ensure HSE requirements for O&M activities are met.
• Asset Optimization: Maximize performance and safe operation through KPI-driven maintenance and procedures.
• EPC Management: Attend follow-up meetings with asset management and O&M contractors.
• Risks Identification & Problem Solving: Identify risks and provide technical/organizational solutions.
• Reporting: Review progress for monthly installments and prepare technical reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain direct relations with suppliers, administrations and stakeholders on site.
