GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for its Remote Operations Center in Barcelona, Spain. In this role you will monitor offshore wind assets, perform remote diagnostics, and support commissioning and service activities across the turbine lifecycle.

You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with site teams to ensure safe, reliable operations. The ideal candidate has wind energy experience, strong technical communication, and the ability to travel up to 20% while

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situations.
Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools.
Willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
