GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) in Barcelona, Spain. You will monitor turbine performance, perform remote diagnostics, and guide commissioning and service activities to ensure reliable operation across the lifecycle.

You will work with site teams and engineering experts, analyse data for faults, and drive continuous improvement while occasionally supporting grid outages, with rotating shifts and on-call coverage.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in wind energy.
• Hands-on wind turbine experience in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities via remote diagnostics.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults and improvements.
• Support reporting and communication of findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages with safety and compliance focus.
• Work rotating weekday shifts with on-call coverage weekends/holidays.
