GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for its Remote Operations Center to oversee offshore wind assets from Barcelona. You will monitor turbine performance, analyze alarms, and coordinate remote diagnostics to ensure safe, efficient operations.

In this role, you collaborate with site teams and engineers across commissioning and service phases, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence while supporting on-call rotations and occasional travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine or similar electromechanical systems in operation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot.
• Experience with SCADA systems and digital monitoring tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear, structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with on-call coverage on weekends/holidays.
