GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for the Remote Operations Center to oversee safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets from Barcelona. You will drive remote diagnostics, issue resolution, and performance optimization across commissioning and service phases.

You will collaborate with site teams and engineering experts, analyze data, and guide continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, global energy environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar systems in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
