GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for the Remote Operations Center in Barcelona to monitor offshore wind assets, support commissioning and service, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will analyze data, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate with field teams, applying SCADA knowledge and electrical schematics. Travel up to 20% and a rotating weekday shift are expected.

Fluent English required; relocation to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for field support.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults and improvements.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization.
• Support grid outages with safety and compliance.
• Work rotating weekday shifts with on-call weekends/holidays.
