GE Vernova is seeking a recent Electrical Engineering graduate to begin a career shaping the future of energy in Barcelona. You will contribute to the design and validation of electrical sub-systems used in wind turbine technology, gaining hands-on experience across requirements, DFMEA, risk assessment, and product integration.

You will join a professional engineering team, work through the full process from concept to validation, and grow in a collaborative, technically demanding environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Entry-level or early-career experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Interest in developing a long-term career within the organization.

Responsabilités

• Design, validation, and release of electrical sub-system components.
• Learn and apply the design process from requirements to validation.
• Contribute to specifications, drawings, schematics, BOMs, and design documentation.
• Support design reviews and engineering changes; ensure alignment with requirements and quality expectations.
• Develop understanding of DFMEA, design risks, and mitigation actions.
• Support testing and validation activities to confirm design intent and performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support component development and product integration.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and comply with safety requirements.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and design improvement activities under supervision.
