AWWG in Madrid is seeking a Customer Service Support specialist to assist our wholesale team across Spain and Portugal, ensuring accurate customer master data, order processing in SAP, and timely returns handling.

You will also help produce weekly reports, monitor performance, and act as a primary contact for wholesale customers, requiring at least one year in a similar role and a good command of Excel and English.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced level of English (B2).
• Good level of Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Master Data: initiating and monitoring new customer creations/amendments per Sales instructions.
• Order Management: raising Sales Orders and ensuring orders are dispatched and received, integrated in SAP.
• Returns Management: ensuring return orders are raised for faulty or commercial reasons.
• Reporting: creating weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Claims Management: collecting, investigating and resolving incidences; main contact for wholesale customers.
