AWWG is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service professional to manage the full order-to-cash cycle for European Consignment customers from Barcelona. You will handle order entry, follow-up, invoicing coordination, stock monitoring and wholesale support across Sales, Logistics and Finance teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in fashion, strong English and Spanish, and excellent communication and service orientation. An international, multi-site environment with brand partnerships awaits.

Formación

• University degree required in Business or related field.
• 1–2 years ideally in the fashion industry.
• Multi-site and international experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Order entry and follow-up from placement through delivery.
• Maintain order book and ensure smooth O2C conversion to sales and cash.
• Coordinate invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor stock availability and allocation.
• Respond to wholesale customer queries with timely solutions.
• Support sales agents with orders, stock, deliveries and invoicing.
• Assist internal teams and share relevant information efficiently.
• Coordinate with European partners on orders, deliveries and requirements.
• Handle wholesale complaints and returns with appropriate escalation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics and Finance to resolve issues.
