Opella Healthcare Spain, S.L. in Barcelona seeks a Zone Head of Finance Operations, Western Europe, to lead finance operations, accounting, statutory reporting, compliance and governance across multiple countries.

You will partner with local teams and global stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information and drive operational excellence. You will guide transformation initiatives, support audits, strengthen controls, develop a high-performing team, and contribute to strategic integrations

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading finance operations in international multi-country environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, statutory reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (IFRS and local).
• Experience with shared services or global business services organizations and complex stakeholder networks.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications are a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.
