Cigna Healthcare in Spain seeks an accomplished Finance leader to direct the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with regional leadership, drive transformation, and oversee a team of finance professionals focused on performance and governance.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, extensive multinational experience, and a track record of delivering financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Significant experience in finance leadership with reporting, controls, audits and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management and internal controls.
• Proven experience building and developing finance teams in multinational settings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead local and corporate reporting in line with policies and standards.
• Maintain integrity of financial statements and balance sheets.
• Drive improvements to accounting processes for efficiency and quality.
• Own financial control framework and risk mitigation efforts.
