Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate Web3 projects, digital assets, and portfolio performance.
• Project portfolio management experience, including tracking initiatives and coordinating execution.
• Clear and effective communication for presenting analyses, memos, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Program management to support governance and execution of Web3/tactical initiatives.
• Solid finance knowledge, including investment principles, risk/return, and portfolio construction.
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Web3, blockchain technologies, and digital asset markets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical tools; familiarity with dashboards, on-chain analytics, or Python is a plus.
• High ethical standards and inclusive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate Web3 projects and tokens for the portfolio.
• Perform fundamental and quantitative analysis and prepare memos and recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio performance and track market developments across ecosystems.
• Maintain portfolio and performance dashboards and report portfolio status.
• Support internal research and refine methodologies for Web3 portfolio construction.
• Coordinate with leadership on pipeline opportunities and project management across initiatives.
