Role Description

The Web3 Capital & Portfolio Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and executing ShortFin’s Web3 and digital asset investment initiatives. This role involves sourcing and evaluating Web3 projects and tokens, performing fundamental and quantitative analysis, and preparing investment memos and recommendations. The specialist will monitor portfolio performance, track market developments across blockchain ecosystems, and help optimize capital deployment and risk management. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with leadership on pipeline opportunities, managing project documentation, maintaining portfolio and performance dashboards, and ensuring clear communication of portfolio status and strategy. The role also includes contributing to internal research, refining methodologies for Web3 portfolio construction, and supporting ongoing program and project management across the firm’s tactical opportunities.

Compensation

This position offers an estimated salary range of €85,000–€110,000 EUR gross per year, depending on experience, investment expertise, and digital asset knowledge.
