Job summary

Weekendesk is hiring a Web Marketing & Merchandising Intern to join our Marketing Team in Barcelona. This 6-month internship starts in December/January, with a full-time schedule on weekdays and a 9h–18h workday. You will support content updates, merchandising, and cross-functional campaigns across multiple markets.

You will learn performance-aware optimization, QA checks, and reporting while collaborating with Design, SEO, Content and Channel teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to communicate across teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, learner mindset.
• Interest in e-commerce, travel, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Daily CMS content updates and site-wide merchandising tasks.
• Update homepage and promos across markets for consistency.
• Proofread and QA content before/after going live to maintain quality.
• Support product visibility, category merchandising, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Design, SEO, Content, and Channels teams.
