Responsibilities

  • Support regional marketing projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives across EMEA.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze market, category, consumer, and brand data.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain trackers, project plans, calendars, and shared docs.
  • Coordinate inputs with local Marketing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist with development and quality review of marketing materials.
  • Track budgets, agencies, samples, and purchase-orders.
  • Suggest process improvements to increase team effectiveness.

Job description

The Marketing Intern EMEA supports the regional Marketing team in turning consumer, category, brand, and commercial information into clear, actionable inputs for decision-making. The role contributes to consistent execution of EMEA marketing priorities by coordinating information across markets, supporting campaign and innovation initiatives, preparing high-quality analyses and presentations, and helping the team monitor performance. Through reliable execution, curiosity, and collaboration, the position increases the team’s capacity to deliver timely, data-informed, and locally relevant marketing activities across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the coordination and execution of regional marketing projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives across EMEA markets.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze market, category, consumer, competitor, and brand performance information.
  • Prepare clear reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting materials for regional and local stakeholders.
  • Maintain marketing trackers, project plans, calendars, and shared documentation, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate inputs and follow-ups with local Marketing teams and cross-functional partners to support on-time delivery of agreed actions.
  • Assist with the development, adaptation, and quality review of marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support purchase-order, agency, sample, and budget-tracking activities in coordination with the relevant teams.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify recurring processes and proactively contribute ideas that improve team effectiveness.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Basic understanding of marketing principles, brand management, consumer insights, market research, the marketing mix, and digital communication. Familiarity with the consumer goods or food industry is an advantage.

Curiosity, attention to detail, learning agility, initiative, accountability, collaborative mindset, clear communication, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Ability to organize and analyze data, identify relevant insights, create clear PowerPoint presentations, manage Excel trackers, coordinate multiple workstreams, and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Current university student or recent graduate eligible for an internship agreement in Spain.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in a hybrid model.
