papernest is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst for a 6-month paid internship in Barcelona. You will join the Marketing Team and collaborate with project managers, copywriters, developers, and designers to optimise platforms and run outreach campaigns.

• You are a student or you have just finished your studies in business or marketing and you are looking for a 6 months paid internship.
• You are autonomous, fast-learner, enthusiastic, team-player, and willing to test new things.
• You have an strong interest in the Digital Marketing & PR field and/or a previous experience on this field.
• You have analytic skills (you master Excel or Google Sheets).
• You speak English and Spanish or French fluent (French is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Digital Project Management: Manage the optimisation of our platforms in collaboration with our project managers, copy writers, developers, and designers.
• Outreach & Relationship Building: Design and execute personalised outreach campaigns to journalists, bloggers and content creators to maximise media coverage and backlinks.
• Digital PR: Identify newsworthy topics, create data-driven studies and reports, and pitch journalists to generate media coverage, backlinks and brand visibility.
• Web Analytics: Monitor and analyse the performance of various campaigns, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
• Media & Publisher Research: Build and maintain high-quality media and publisher databases using scraping and enrichment tools to support PR and link-building campaigns.
• SEO & PR Experimentation: Test innovative SEO and Digital PR initiatives to improve visibility and organic growth.
• R&D: Explore new tools, technologies and methodologies in SEO and Digital PR to identify scalable growth opportunities.
• PR & SEO Content: Create data-driven content such as reports, studies, articles, guides and other assets designed to generate media coverage, backlinks and organic visibility.
• Data & Market Research: Analyse market trends, industry data and campaign performance to identify new SEO and PR opportunities and turn insights into actionable growth initiatives.
