Blu Selection is seeking a Marketing Intern to support growth and GTM initiatives from our Barcelona office. You will help build a scalable Go-To-Market funnel through lead research, content creation, and digital outreach.

You will craft engaging content, write in English for diverse audiences, and learn how to combine SEO and social media to boost brand reach. This is a 6-month internship with a dynamic, multilingual team in a fast-paced European firm.

And your role in this?

As our Marketing Intern, you will be the engine behind the company’s outreach and content strategy. Your main objective is to turn cold market opportunities into warm relationships, helping the team build a highly effective Go-To-Market funnel through smart lead generation and modern digital marketing.

More specifically, you will:

• Hunt for gold: Conduct deep-dive lead research based on GTM strategies to identify and map out high-potential business targets.
• Write to attract: Craft high-value lead magnets (like guides, checklists, or templates) that make potential clients say, "Okay, I need to talk to these people."
• Boost visibility: Write engaging blog posts specifically optimized for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to make sure our client ranks high when people ask questions online.
• Build the tribe: Manage community engagement by sharing valuable content, starting conversations, and keeping the energy high across social media channels and active WhatsApp groups.
• Automate the boring stuff: Find ways to streamline your work using smart AI-driven automation tools.

Ok, what should you bring?

We don't expect you to know everything on day one - that's what the internship is for! We are looking for an Inquisitive Digital Explorer who brings the following to the table:

Must-haves:

• A true professional level of English (you'll be writing, posting, and researching in English daily). Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt your tone to different audiences.
• A curious mindset with an eagerness to learn about B2B sales and modern marketing.
• A valid internship agreement through your university for the entire 6-month period.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience or a strong interest in AI automations to optimize marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with SEO, AEO, or basic copywriting principles.
• Prior experience managing online communities or professional social media accounts.
