Grundfos GmbH in the Madrid area is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by connecting with Building Services installers and acting as a trusted technical adviser for pump solutions in building services, HVAC and water systems.

You will build relationships, provide expert guidance on pump selection, deliver on-site presentations, and collaborate with product management and customer support to resolve technical inquiries.

Formación

• Technical degree or equivalent background in mechanical engineering, building services, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role within building services, HVAC, or pump industry.
• Existing network and proven track record with Building Services installers or similar professionals.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with Building Services installers as the primary Grundfos contact and trusted adviser.
• Provide expert guidance on pump selection and application for building services, HVAC and water systems.
• Conduct technical presentations and on-site consultations to support installers in specifying Grundfos solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the installer segment to grow regional sales revenue.
• Collaborate with product management and customer support to resolve technical inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
