Michael Page is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Industrial Fluid Systems in Madrid. You will diagnose equipment, perform repairs and on-site interventions at customer sites within an international corporate setting.

You will collaborate with Sales and Technical teams, prepare quotations, promote spare parts and service agreements, and coordinate with headquarters to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose equipment and system malfunctions and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Perform repairs, commissioning, maintenance activities, and modifications on pumps and systems.
• Carry out interventions both in the workshop and at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and recommend the most suitable solutions for customer requirements.
• Prepare technical quotations in collaboration with the Sales and Technical teams.
• Proactively promote spare parts, maintenance services, and service agreements.
• Coordinate technical communications with the company's international headquarters.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
