Manpower is seeking a Planning & Logistics Technician to support and optimize supply chain and logistics operations in Madrid. The role focuses on coordinating production planning, shipment management, and overall logistics documentation.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field, experience in supply chain planning and procurement, and strong English and Excel skills. A vehicle is required to commute to the plant and daily presence is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or engineering; vocational training in logistics accepted.
• Experience in supply chain, planning and procurement is valued.
• English proficiency required for written and spoken communication.
• MS Office, especially Excel, knowledge desirable.
• Vehicle ownership required to commute to the plant.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate material dispatches and shipments with CSR, Sales and carriers.
• Prepare and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, CMR, labels, batches, quantities, expiry dates).
• Record tank loads, delivered quantities and forecast data for KPIs and invoicing.
• Enter administrative material data and manage ASN programs.
• Handle logistics claims and coordinate returns and non-conformities.
• Assist plant inventory control and audit processes.
• Prepare production, distribution and raw material planning based on forecasts and orders.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries and performance.
• Communicate updates to Production, Laboratory, Warehouse and other functions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and emergency policies.

Manpower is recruiting a Planning & Logistics Technician on behalf of one of our clients to support and optimize supply chain and logistics operations in a dynamic environment.

Mission

The Planning & Logistics Technician is responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to production planning, shipment management, and overall logistics operations. The role ensures material availability, accurate preparation of deliveries, and compliance with customer and supplier requirements. It also guarantees proper documentation, inventory monitoring, and effective communication with internal stakeholders. This position directly contributes to operational efficiency and adherence to quality, safety, and service standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage material dispatches and coordinate shipments with CSR, Sales, and transport carriers.
• Complete and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, CMR, labels, batches, quantities, expiry dates).
• Record tank loads, delivered quantities, and transport forecast data for KPIs and invoice control.

• Participate in plant inventory control and audit processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; vocational training in Logistics is also accepted.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Planning and Procurement, is highly valued.
• Experience or exposure to Logistics and Transportation is considered a strong plus.
• Experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA, is highly desirable.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Ability to interpret logistics, transportation, and operational documentation.
• Understanding of planning, inventory, shipping, and supply chain processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
