ISG International Service Group seeks an Inventory & Warehouse Control Specialist to ensure traceability, accuracy, and availability of inventory across 3PLs and supplier warehouses. You will manage technical consumables and assets while collaborating with Procurement and Operations to sustain business continuity.

Key tasks include maintaining asset visibility, performing reconciliations, and monitoring KPIs to drive process improvements in a global supply chain.

Formación

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience working with 3PL providers.
• Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory traceability across 3PLs and supplier warehouses.
• Control technical consumables including prepregs, honeycomb, Kapton, adhesives, VDA, and other production materials.
• Maintain visibility of company assets such as molds, fixtures, and tooling.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Support operational planning by ensuring material availability.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and contribute to process improvements.

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the traceability, accuracy, and availability of inventory across multiple third-party logistics providers and supplier warehouses. You'll manage technical consumables and operational assets while working closely with Procurement, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support business continuity.
