Bigblue is seeking a Warehouse Success professional to join on-site in Spain. You will act as a key link between the warehouse, quality standards, and operations to ensure reliable, smooth, and compliant execution for customers and teams.

Responsibilities include improving customer satisfaction, managing escalations, supporting portfolio growth, and driving continuous improvement through metrics and cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive mindset.
• Hands-on approach to quickly resolve operational issues.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or operations is appreciated.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets and KPI tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer requests, advise them, and ensure high-quality follow-up.
• Manage escalations and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end resolution (analysis, action plan, communication, closure).
• Monitor billing items in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Contribute to portfolio growth with Account Management and forecast share.
• Prepare and participate in steering committee meetings and improvement plans.
