Amazon in Spain is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team, keep pace with demand, and ensure safety and quality across shifts. You’ll work hands-on to drive productivity, address challenges, and collaborate with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll analyze performance data, implement corrective actions, and partner with engineers and other managers to standardize shift processes while maintaining high customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.

• Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
