Job summary

Amazon in Spain is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure your area keeps pace with demand. This hands-on role exposes you to global operations, driving productivity while collaborating with colleagues to address challenges.

You'll oversee safety, quality and efficiency across shifts, analyse performance data and implement improvements, and partner with other managers to standardise processes.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders and in a logistics environment.
• Experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
• Maintain safety standards and monitor process efficiency on site.
