Project Description
To ensure the stability and efficiency of DT-Technik's cloud infrastructure (BM4X), we are seeking qualified personnel. They will be responsible for 2nd-level incident and problem management, working closely with our internal first-line, onside-support DT-ISP / FOPS and the developers of network automation. Our goal is to enhance service quality and strengthen the innovation of our cloud services.
At the Telco Hub in Madrid, we are pioneers in merging IT and Telco, building and scaling Telco as a Platform (TaaP) on our proprietary layered cloud. Our teams operate in cross-country and cross-functional squads, delivering cutting-edge services to Europe's most valued Operator.

Activity description and concrete tasks :
Acceptence Tests and support for field operations with start-up installation of Switches and Routers from Cisco and Juniper.
2nd-Level Incident Management : Handle and resolve incidents escalated from first-line support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
Problem Management :
Interface Collaboration : Work closely with first-line support, DT-ISP, FOPS (eg. for initial operation or RMA processes), and automation developers to ensure smooth operation and problem resolution.
Mainly you will be working on the network components, connected via Jumpserver.
