Job summary

Click&Boat, Europe’s leading boat rental marketplace, is seeking a VP Sales to own the human-led sales strategy in Barcelona. You will lead 4 Sales Managers and 15 Sales Executives, driving expansion and revenue growth.

You’ll shape the sales roadmap, mentor leaders, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and explore AI enhancements across the deal cycle while managing the P&L. English required; Spanish or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in B2C/e-commerce or consumer tech.
• 5+ years leading teams and managers.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for business reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management across Tech, Marketing and Business teams.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the human-led sales strategy from first contact to closing.
• Lead, mentor, and grow 4 Sales Managers and 15 Sales Executives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment quality and capacity.
• Drive expansion into new geographies or segments (e.g., US, luxury yachting).
• Introduce AI into the deal flow where relevant.
• Manage sales P&L and budget.
