Role Overview

A global blockchain infrastructure platform is hiring a VP of Solutions Engineering to lead enterprise adoption across financial institutions and fintechs. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of engineering and customer success. You’ll architect secure integrations, guide clients through deployment, and deliver technical support with precision and empathy. Expect to collaborate with CTOs, architects, and engineering teams—whiteboarding ideas, writing code examples, and solving complex challenges in real time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and deployment for financial institutions and enterprise clients
  • Architect scalable, secure integration pathways for legacy and cloud-native systems
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support alongside client teams
  • Collaborate with sales on demos, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation and developer guides
  • Gather client feedback and translate insights into product improvements
  • Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and technical forums
Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years in solutions engineering, enterprise integration, or forward-deployed engineering
  • Proven success deploying mission-critical systems in financial environments
  • Proficient in TypeScript (or similar) and RESTful API design
  • Deep knowledge of AWS (GCP, IBM, Thales a plus), microservices, and serverless architectures
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
  • Excellent communicator across technical and business audiences
  • Skilled in documentation, demos, and client education
  • Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, and financial workflows preferred
  • Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) and multilingual fluency are a plus
