Olala! is seeking a Revenue Manager for Hotels & Apartments at its Barcelona HQ. You will manage pricing, inventory and distribution for an assigned hotel portfolio, ensuring profitable offers and accurate live listings across PMS, channel managers and OTAs.

You will forecast, analyze ADR/RevPAR, and collaborate with Hotel Managers, Finance, Marketing and Operations to support the P&L and EBITDA goals. Availability to work from Barcelona office is expected.

Formación

• Typically 3+ years of revenue management or distribution experience in hotels or portfolio management.
• Experience with hotel pricing, inventory, and distribution strategy.
• Strong knowledge of room-type hierarchies, meals, groups, and release periods.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily hotel pricing and room-type availability using occupancy and demand data.
• Maintain rates, supplements, meal plans, and promotions within guardrails.
• Own accuracy of live offers across PMS, channel manager, and OTAs.
• Keep listings accurate with room descriptions, amenities and check-in info.
• Perform daily checks and weekly audits on active listings.
• Track forecast accuracy, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel costs by segment.
• Analyze group displacement and net contribution before offers.
• Coordinate room closures and openings with Hotel Managers.
• Monitor mapping failures and prevent oversell risks.
• Explain results and actions in weekly trading reviews.
