Formación

• Proven experience delivering high-touch, premium customer service in executive travel or luxury contexts.
• GDS experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, CSAT).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a polished, discreet style.
• Calm, decisive, solutions-focused under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or high-net-worth clients.
• Exposure to out-of-hours, follow-the-sun, or on-call travel support models.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP corporate travel, including air, hotel, ground transport, and bespoke requests.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences, policy, and duty of care.
• Handle urgent disruptions with speed, empathy, and precision.
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced Executive Care environment.
• Balance premium service delivery with productivity KPIs (handle time, SLA).
• Build long-term relationships with Executive travellers through consistent, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain elite service culture.
