The Bicester Collection is seeking a Village Operations & Services Coordinator for La Roca Village near Barcelona to support daily operations, maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping and other contracted services.

You will coordinate facilities management activities via Planon, ensure asset records are up-to-date, monitor safety and ESG requirements, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver an exceptional guest environment.

Formación

• Two years’ experience in facilities management or real estate environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience using Planon or CAFM systems is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across the Village.
• Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance is scheduled and completed on time via Planon.
• Assess reactive maintenance requests and track progress to completion.
• Maintain asset, contractor and maintenance information in Planon.
• Support management of security, cleaning, landscaping and other contracted services.
• Act as a point of contact for external maintenance providers.
