The Bicester Collection is seeking an Operations & Services Coordinator for La Roca Village to support security, cleaning and maintenance efforts. You will help manage budgets, supervise vendors, and develop energy dashboards to inform strategic decisions.

You will drive energy efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and training across on-site teams and brand partners, contributing to a premium guest experience.

Formación

• Provide support to the Operations & Services Manager in security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village.
• Assist the Operations & Services Manager to set up, track and achieve budgets for common costs.
• Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party contractors.
• Supervise daily maintenance and small trades within the Village.
• Collect and analyze energy consumption data and develop dashboards.
• Promote energy efficiency and sustainability across the Village.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the Operations & Services Manager for security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village.
• Set up, track and achieve budgets for the common costs of the Village.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports to support decision making.
• Train staff, brands and external partners on energy efficiency best practices.
• Ensure alignment with sustainability policies and targets.
