Marosa is seeking a Backoffice IT Operations Lead based in Vigo, Galicia, ES, responsible for owning internal IT, laptops, software, and the helpdesk. This role aligns the company’s setup with Wolters Kluwer standards as we scale.

You will manage Microsoft 365, onboarding/offboarding, RBAC, device provisioning, asset tracking, and vendor contracts, ensuring security controls and uptime for local and remote staff.

Formación

• Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT operations/support experience.
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 / Intune or ITIL v4 are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the IT Operations and Helpdesk for the company.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant and security posture (Intune, MFA, RBAC).
• Oversee asset life cycle, provisioning, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure alignment with WK GBS standards and local compliance.
