Groupe BPCE seeks a VIE candidate for a 12-month assignment in Madrid, focusing on client coverage and origination across corporate and investment banking. You will support Senior Bankers and Relationship Managers in financing and advisory opportunities, liaise with multiple business lines, and lead credit analyses and risk assessments for new transactions.

Master's level degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Engineering.
Over 1 year of relevant experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or credit analysis.
Strong credit analysis skills and ability to synthesize complex information for senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

Support origination and structuring of financing and advisory opportunities across the client portfolio.
Contribute to advisory pitches and prepare high-quality marketing and origination materials.
Monitor client news, sector developments, and market trends to identify origination opportunities.
Coordinate with Global Markets, M&A, DCM/ECM, Acquisition & Infrastructure Finance to tailor client solutions.
Lead preparation of internal credit analyses and Credit Applications for new transactions.
Build and maintain financials, credit ratings, and risk assessments across the client universe.
Defend credit files in internal committees with Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
