Key responsabilities :

• Assist Natixis Madrid team to support financing of transaction over all infrastructure sectors (Renewables, Telecom, Transport, PPP, across the Iberian Peninsula.
• Structuring project finance transactions: financial modeling, bankability analysis and preparation of files for internal committees.
• Drafting and processing credit applications in coordination with internal teams (coverage, portfolio, syndication).
• Analyzing and assessing projects and Sponsors: financial strength, business plan and risk profile.
• Reviewing and commenting on financing terms and conditions (pricing, covenants, security package, documentation).
• Coordinating and analyzing due diligences (technical, financial, legal, commercial, ESG) to identify and mitigate key risks.
• Preparing pitch books and marketing materials to secure financing mandates.
• Taking part in the syndication process: preparing documentation for participating banks and monitoring the distribution of the financing.

Qualifications and Skills
