Crédit Agricole SA in Madrid seeks a Loan Syndication Analyst (VIE) to support DAR syndication opinions, pricing, and structuring for Spanish-speaking markets. You will prepare market analyses, closing memos, and Pitch/market update materials, while coordinating with various business lines and the Spanish investor base.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Finance, 0–2 years in finance, and fluent English with intermediate Spanish, plus strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare DAR syndication opinions focused on Spanish-speaking markets.
• Create comparable transaction tables and liquidity analyses.

• Assist with PowerPoint pitches and market updates.
• Support Excel reports and databases.
• Use Debtdomain for bank invitations and reporting.
• Update comparable files and coordinate meetings.
• Assist market research and provide market updates.
• Develop Spanish investor base, focusing on non-bank investors.
• Coordinate with all involved business lines.
• Assist internal reporting and Diamond management.

Missions

• Support in the preparation of DAR syndication opinion(s) (including pricing and structuring) with focus on transactions with a nexus to Spanish-speaking countries
• Comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis
• Completion of closing memos in a timely manner
• Assist with various Powerpoint presentations in connection with pitches and market updates
• Assist with Excel spreadsheets reports and databases
• Use Debtdomain database when inviting banks into a transaction or for reporting/search purposes
• Update comparable files
• Support the team in preparing bank meetings & complete call reports
• Assist in conducting market research and present market update
• Support coordinating the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, especially with a focus on non-bank investors, and exploring new opportunities
• Coordination with all business lines involved
• Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond.

• Be less than 28 years
• Be graduated of Master Degree

Are you our future VIE?

You are postgraduate of a Master degree from an University, a Business School with a specialization in Finance.

0 - 2 ans

A previous experiencein Finance is required.

Hard Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Knowledge in labour regulation, administration of payroll would be an asset
• Fluent English is required and medium level of Spanish.
