Job summary

Heetch is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Barcelona to analyze business data and drive strategic decisions. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with General Managers, Growth Managers, and Customer Service leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; eligible for the VIE program.
• Resourceful with a hands-on approach; able to operate with ambiguity.
• Proactive, bring ideas, and take initiative to implement.
• Able to switch between SQL queries, Zendesk workflows, and executive decks in a day.
• Solid in Excel and SQL and comfortable with data visualization tools.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude) and rigorous approach to data.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace & pricing: monitor supply, demand, reliability and derive pricing recommendations.
• Growth: analyze acquisition funnels, retention, and measure initiatives and CRM actions.
• Customer Service: support roadmap, track KPIs, build dashboards, optimize tools and automations.
• Trust & safety: monitor behavior, adjust processes and automations to balance marketplace dynamics.
• Automation: build automated workflows for Growth, Product and Customer Service teams using AI tools.

(VIE) Business Operations Analyst — Barcelona

Your role

You’ll be our go-to person for Business Analysis and business data. You’ll report directly to the CEO and be the right hand of the General Managers, the Growth Managers and the Head of Customer Service. You’ll have full access to our data and the freedom to build your own routines. Your stakeholders will share feedback and hunches. Your job is to turn them into the problems that really matter, dig down to the root cause, and work out solutions with the teams involved. This role is for someone who’s comfortable with ambiguity, can shape their own scope, and wants to see your work show up in the business results. And there’s no shortage of things to improve.

What will you do?

• Marketplace & pricing: keep a close eye on supply, demand and reliability, and turn what you see into clear recommendations on pricing and marketplace settings.
• Growth: dig into acquisition funnels and retention, spot the biggest opportunities, and measure what works, from new initiatives to our regular acquisition and CRM actions.
• Customer Service: help the Head of Customer Service shape the strategy and project roadmap, track KPIs, build dashboards and fine-tune our tools and automations.
• Trust & safety: track driver and passenger behavior and its impact on the marketplace, then adjust our disciplinary processes and automations to keep things balanced.
• Automation: automate processes for the Growth, Product and Customer Service teams, with automated workflows and AI tools like Claude.

• You’re fluent in French and English, and eligible for the VIE program

• You’re solid in Excel and SQL and comfortable with data visualization tools
