QforMedia in Barcelona is seeking a Content Specialist who identifies top-tier content opportunities and turns them into engaging video products. You will study why videos perform by analyzing audience psychology, storytelling, pacing, hooks, packaging, trends, and platform behavior.

You will collaborate with editors, thumbnail specialists, and project managers to ensure high-performance products from evaluation through publishing, while continuously improving content and processes through
