QforMedia in Barcelona, on-site, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full lifecycle across creative and analytical roles. You will partner with leadership to attract top talent, optimize processes, and scale fast-growing teams in Europe.

You will leverage diverse sourcing channels, improve funnels with data, and lead high-volume hiring while enhancing candidate experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this role.

Formación

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Headhunting, or People Operations.
• Advanced English and Spanish required (deal-breaker).
• Experience hiring for creative, media, tech, analytics, or startup roles is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing and sourcing to interviewing, coordination, and offers across multiple departments.
• Actively identify and approach top talent via LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, referrals, databases, and unconventional sourcing channels.
• Lead massive hiring projects, maintaining speed, organization, and candidate quality.
• Track hiring funnel performance, sourcing efficiency, conversion rates, and time-to-hire metrics.
• Evaluate candidates across creative and data-driven disciplines; adapt interview methods accordingly.
• Improve recruiting workflows, pipelines, and scorecards for better efficiency.
• Own employer branding to position QforMedia as a top employer within creator economy, media, AI, and digital content.
• Partner with managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure strong candidate experience.
• Maintain structured pipelines and talent pools using ATS and other tools.
• Explore and implement AI tools, automations, and scalable systems to improve sourcing and recruiting operations.
