DWS Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer - VP in Madrid to lead development efforts for CRM, KYC, and regulatory-compliant Salesforce deployments within the Global Technology arm. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong coding skills, and the ability to advance complex financial services projects.

The position offers a hybrid working model and opportunities to work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies and APAC/EMEA stakeholders.

Formación

• 5–10 years of Salesforce configuration and development at a certified level.
• Experience delivering Salesforce components in financial services or similarly regulated sectors.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM technologies: SOQL, Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, JavaScript, Java, JSON, FLOWS.
• Experience with deployment tools like IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity, Change Sets and Data Loader.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to leverage AI tools responsibly.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with analysts and project managers to understand features and set development expectations.
• Create technical solutions for a hybrid agile development environment.
• Deliver metadata components into Salesforce following the SDLC lifecycle and promotion path.
• Perform senior developer duties: create code, support existing components, and maintain production environments.
