Zusammenfassung

ACL Partners, a Madrid-based venture capital firm, is seeking an Associate to join its investment team. The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals on sourcing, evaluating and executing investments across technology and high-growth sectors.

Qualifikationen

2–3 years of experience within Venture Capital, Growth Equity or a similar investment environment.
Strong financial analysis, valuation and commercial assessment skills.
Demonstrable interest in technology, innovation and high-growth businesses.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and attention to detail.
Native-level Spanish and fluency in English are mandatory.

Sourcing and assessing new investment opportunities across technology and high-growth sectors.
Conduct company, market and competitive analysis to evaluate opportunities.
Build financial models, valuations and investment cases to support decisions.
Support due diligence and transaction execution from screening through completion.
