Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in Madrid seeks an M&A Associate (Tech) to support high-profile strategic transactions across software, fintech, and digital infrastructure. You will model; build client materials; coordinate execution with global teams and senior bankers.

Required: at least 4 years in M&A/corporate finance, strong financial modelling, and solid power point and Excel skills. English fluency required; Spanish advantageous.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• CFA progress or equivalent valued.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop differentiated insights on Technology sector dynamics and trends.
• Drive preparation and quality control of senior-level client materials.
• Build and review complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Lead execution workstreams across M&A and advisory.
