Antai Ventures, a Barcelona-based venture studio, seeks a Venture Lead to drive business creation and portfolio management across Southern Europe and Latam. You will identify new digital venture opportunities, lead creation and investment, and work closely with founders to shape strategy, teams, product development and corporate operations.

You will also guide portfolio companies on GTM, partnerships, internationalization, and investor relations, while monitoring KPIs and coordinating

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, M&A, VC, or senior start-up roles.
• 3+ years experience in the Spanish startup ecosystem.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Strong entrepreneurial, relational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex ideas simply.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate identification and analysis of new digital venture opportunities.
• Lead creation and investment in new ventures, including strategy, teams, product development, and operations.
• Support portfolio companies on strategy, GTM, and internationalisation.
• Monitor KPIs of portfolio companies and assist in fundraising and investor relations.
• Oversee M&A activities related to portfolio companies.
