Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
• Proven experience preparing and structuring investment materials.
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• International exposure and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the M&A Analysts in drafting and structuring investment memorandums, teasers, and other materials required throughout the investment process.
• Conduct research on companies, sectors, and markets to back investment rationales and strategic recommendations.
• Supervise the valuations and work closely with the stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the investment team to gather and consolidate all relevant information for each transaction.
• Maintain, review, and update investment documentation as deals progress through the pipeline.
