BASE life science is seeking a Veeva Vault Quality Consultant to join our System Operations team. You will work hands-on with clients to support, optimise, and evolve their Veeva Vault solutions, focusing on Quality modules to ensure stable operations.

The role requires a IT-related degree, experience with Veeva Vault, strong problem-solving and communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently while coordinating across teams. This is a Spain-based position.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with Veeva Vault, preferably Vault Quality.
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

System Operations & Support: post‑implementation support and troubleshooting for stable performance.
Service Delivery Management: act as a lead contact for clients, manage operations and reporting.
Configuration & Change Management: analyse change requests and configure/test solutions in Veeva Vault.
Release Management: assess and implement Veeva tri‑annual releases and smooth adoption.
Quality & Compliance: support CSV processes, documentation, risk management, and audit reviews.
