Veeva Systems invites a Solution Consultant to demonstrate Vault Quality across QMS, document control, Training, and more. You will partner with Strategy and Sales to support the sales process and showcase business value to customers in the pharma/biotech/medtech space.

You will lead demonstrations, engage with cross-functional teams, and guide customers to best-in-class quality solutions. This role offers remote flexibility with travel within the EU and a focus on employee and customer success.

Formación

• 3+ years working with, delivering, or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in life sciences or medical device/diagnostics.
• 3+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech, medtech or similarly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of quality/manufacturing operations in pharma/biotech and/or medical device/diagnostics sectors.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the EU (when possible).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting discovery and needs analysis to understand key customer requirements.
• Configuring and delivering compelling solution demonstrations of Vault Quality applications.
• Applying industry experience to guide customers to best-in-class solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Providing responses for RFPs/RFIs and delivering presentations.
• Leading workshops and Proofs of Concept to show process enhancements through Veeva Quality Cloud.
• Supporting marketing activities such as webinars and demos.
• Being a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
