Veeva Systems is a leading life sciences cloud company offering Vault CRM solutions. We seek a Consultant to drive successful commercial implementations for top pharma clients, collaborating with global teams from our EU offices.

You will design, configure, and deliver tailored solutions with autonomy. You will combine hands-on Vault CRM work with advisory input to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.

Formación

• 3+ years of consulting experience
• Ability to manage client-facing activities and stakeholder relationships
• Strong presentation skills
• Willingness to travel ~20%
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Implement Veeva Vault CRM solutions across projects and roles (configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect or project manager)
• Configure and customize Vault CRM to meet client needs
• Lead client engagements, workshops, UAT, and training sessions
• Provide expert advisory to optimize and harmonize business processes
