Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Operations Manager to manage the financial back-office for our U.S. venture capital funds.

You will oversee day-to-day back-office financial operations, ensure seamless execution of fund workflows, and maintain rigorous oversight over third-party accounting and reporting deliverables for our US venture funds. Formación

• 3–6 years in VC/PE fund accounting or fund admin.
• Experience with US fund structures (LP/GP, capital calls, waterfalls).
• Fluent English for US vendor communications.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently with remote management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day back-office financial operations.
• Coordinate capital calls, LP drawdowns, and distributions processes.
• Review NAV calculations and statements prepared by fund administrator.
• Coordinate annual audits and Tax (K-1) preparation with auditors and advisors.
• Support deal teams with cash movements, cap table data, and valuations.
• Monitor fund bank balances and manage fee calculations.
