Adsearch is seeking a finance professional with 4-6 years of experience analysing investment funds to join a fast-growing international infrastructure fund. You will support day-to-day operations of private equity funds, SPVs, and General Partners, and help ensure high-quality reporting.

You will coordinate investor reporting, financial reporting, and audits, work with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and digitization initiatives.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience analysing investment funds.
• Experience in asset management, private equity funds, fund administration, banking or Big Four audit firms.
• Strong interest in fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive and independent working style.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operations of private equity funds, SPVs, and General Partners.
• Review fund accounting and perform investor reporting, financial reporting, audit coordination, cash management, and fee calculations.
• Assist with analysis of financial data at fund and portfolio company level.
• Support monitoring of capital calls, distributions, and credit facility activities.
• Coordinate investor reporting and side letter requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure efficient workflows and communication.
• Support operational improvements, system enhancements, and digitization initiatives.
• Act as contact for auditors, investors, administrators, and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for a finance professional with 4-6 years of experience analysing investment funds to join a fast-growing international infrastructure fund.

Responsabilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations of our private equity funds, SPVs, and General Partners
• Review fund accounting and perform investor reporting, financial reporting, audit coordination, cash management, and fee calculations
• Assist with the analysis of financial data at both fund and portfolio company level
• Support the monitoring of capital calls, distributions, and credit facility activities
• Monitor fund liquidity and funding requirements
• Review and validate financial and operational information
• Help ensure that fund reports are accurate, high quality, and delivered on time
• Support the preparation and coordination of reporting for senior management
• Act as a contact person for auditors, investors, administrators, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure efficient workflows and communication
• Support operational improvements, system enhancements, and digitization initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
• Coordination of all investor reporting and side letter requirements
• Support on coordination of ESG matters

Candidate:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Accounting
• CPA, CA, or ACCA qualification is considered an advantage
• 1-3 years of experience in asset management, private equity funds, fund administration, banking, or xqysrnh Big Four audit firms
• Strong interest in fund accounting, financial reporting, and private equity structures
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a team-oriented and service-driven approach
• Comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
• Structured, proactive, and independent working style
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI
• Interest in AI-driven solutions, automation, and process optimization
• Fluent in Spanish and English, any other language considered a plus
