DKB Code Factory seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a manager‑of‑managers layer at the Valencia site. You will shape the engineering organization, drive hiring, and establish clear ownership across teams to deliver strategic objectives for the Property Management Platform.

You will partner with Product, Design, Security, Architecture, and Compliance to align priorities and ensure reliable, scalable mobile and backend systems. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Proven experience as a manager of managers, leading multiple Engineering Managers.
• Track record in multi-team product engineering leadership, not only project delivery.
• Experience hiring, performance management, and building quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a manager‑of‑managers layer across the Valencia site.
• Own the engineering operating system: standards for review, testing, CI/CD, observability, incidents.
• Drive multi‑team delivery from discovery through MVP and production hardening.
• Build a modular platform to accelerate future use cases and reduce duplicated work.
• Ensure service reliability, performance, security, and audit readiness for mobile and backend systems.
• Partner with Product, Design, Security, Architecture, and Compliance to align priorities.
• Represent Valencia engineering in site-building and leadership alignment.
